Its every young boys dream and every mothers nightmare. I can see it nowchildren asking their mother for the newest National Geographic; mothers happily obliging, proud of their young sons for showing an interest in the world and its events, but quickly horrified when her child brings home the special National Geographic, swimsuit edition. Its an easy way to fool mom, who most likely will be dazzled, not put off, by the photographs inside. This special edition captures the evolution of the swimsuit, starting with the modest numbers of the 1900s and ending with the risqué dental floss versions they have become today. This issue will certainly not compete with the Sports Illustrated version and is a beautiful display of how the times, they are a changing. | |||
