And now, Gene Simmons of the rock legend band Kiss, wants to join the ranks of these women who have branded themselves in many ways, and specifically as creators of highly successful lifestyle magazines. Gene Simmons has jumped on the soft porn, crude male magazine bandwagon and tried to turn himself into a major media brand. Too bad the only branding he can sustain is on T-shirts and as a plastic action figure.
