Savoy
Emerging from the ruins of the African-American newsweekly, Emerge, Savoy has quickly landed itself an influential place among other magazines for blacks. As a lifestyle magazine for the educated and affluent, Savoy has covered a vast array of social issues in such a manner that it has been called a "black Vanity Fair." Well done and well edited, the magazine is worthy of a wider audience and should be read by everyone, not just African-Americans.
