Last year, the National Geographic Society introduced a new concept to the genre of childrens magazine with National Geographic for Kids, an educational magazine available exclusively to school children and teachers that included no advertising and was sold for a $1 an issue. Of course, as children we all smirked at the idea that leaning can be fun, but Ask proves this hard-to-believe theory. With colorful cartoons and fun pictures, Ask is able to teach children in a playful and engaging way, so they step away from an issue gaining two things--fun and knowledge.
