I Don't Think That Means What You Think It Means

Once upon a time the word "exclusive" meant something. But what does it mean now? Apparently, judging from these four titles with the same "exclusive" photos, exclusive now means something completely different. But who am I to judge? You can judge for yourself. Maybe I am missing something in this picture.
