But Wait...There's More! Those newsstand pockets may need to get a little bit bigger if this trend keeps up. On a recent business trip to Europe I couldn't help but notice all the free stuff magazines were packaging with their titles to make my purchase more enticing. Eve bundled an umbrella with its April issue. I had to buy two copies just so I could get the black one and the white one (that is the umbrellas and not the magazine). Glamour is one of the best selling titles in the UK but still feels the need to put handbags with its title to make a better sell. Sorry, Glamour, I only bought one. After all, I can only carry one purse at a time.
