Define a "Major Launch" For Me Please...

As I was glancing through the Adweek family of magazines, checking their Hot List special report, I noticed a stat that really freaked me out: On page 28 from the Hot List, March 6, 2006, the author stated the following factoid..."The number of major magazine launches in 2002 (Budget Living): 1."

Yes, one major magazine launch. I guess IN Touch Weekly, which was launched late October, 2002, as a weekly and now sells over 1.2 million copies every week, is not a major launch. Would someone please send me the definition of what is to be considered major? For the record, here are some other magazines launched in 2002 that the Adweek folks did not consider major: The American Conservative, Cure, Ask!, Newtype USA, Bookmarks, heeb, Eating Well, Complex, Paste, USAToday Sports Weekly, Zink, and the list go on and on...
