With over 400 pages and a cover price approaching $30, Widerstand is not for the passive reader. This German special from the publishers of Qvest is small on copy and big on artistic and striking glossy photography. A mix of fashion, art, politics, and social issues are told through the art and photos themselves. While some of the content may leave you scratching your head, there is sure to be more than one occasion where turning the page will present you with a jaw-dropping presentation of photography and design. This magazine may be a bit too pricy for some readers, but if you are looking to be visually delighted it may just be worth the $27.95.
