Elle French/Arabic
This month Hatchet Filipacchi Media launched the 39th international edition of its popular woman's magazine Elle. Printed in both French and Arabic, the initial printing of Elle Orient will be distributed in Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan and Morocco with a circulation of 45,000. Both editions have distinctive flair that lends them to their specific cultural group.
This launch will be followed by the launch of a PanArab edition in October which will conform to the stricter regiments of Saudi Arabian culture. The PanArab edition will have an initial circulation of 100,00 and will broaden Elle's territory to include Dubai, Kuwait, Bahrein, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman.
