Surf Life for Women magazine takes a somewhat different approach to introducing and exposing the world to womens surfing. SLW also offers a tutorial in exercise, but instead of pilates it is yoga, and they also give fashion advice, and have an amazing photo spread, but the heart and soul of the magazine is the profile of seven females who live to surf. These women surf as a career. Dont worry though the magazine is not just for the professional surfer, it is for the novice also. They profile not only the seasoned veterans, but also the young teenage girls just starting out. The magazine is not as broad as SG in that it stays focused on just surfing, it does not branch into snowboarding or skateboarding. Surf Life for Women covers coastal areas around the US, it is not focused on just one coastline, in other words it is not a regional magazine and should enjoy success on the East, West, and Gulf Coasts. | |||
